Marked as "COMMERCIAL SAMPLE - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" on customs forms. Most countries allow duty-free entry for samples under certain value limits (typically $100-200).
Your Responsibilities
While rare, some countries may charge duties/taxes. As the importer, you are responsible for any such charges. We always declare the lowest allowable value for samples.

We offer free standard samples for established businesses with proven purchase history. For new customers, we charge for samples but provide 100% credit toward your first bulk order.
What if I need to modify my sample?
We provide one free revision if the sample doesn't match the approved specifications. Additional revisions incur a $25 fee per revision.
How many samples should I order?
We recommend ordering samples in all sizes you plan to use, and in your primary colors. For fabric testing, order one extra sample for wash testing.
What's your return policy for samples?
Samples are custom-made and therefore non-returnable. We ensure quality through our digital proof process. If there's a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it at our cost.
Can I rush my sample order?
Yes! Rush service available for 50% surcharge:
- 48-hour rush: +50% of sample cost
- 24-hour rush: +100% of sample cost (subject to availability)
Do you keep my sample specifications on file?
Yes, we store all approved specifications for 2 years. When you're ready for bulk production, simply reference your sample order number.
